The Great Allentown Brew Works Cask Beer Festival

MARCH 31st, 3pm-6pm

Cask Beer!

We’re planning another spectacular time in the High Gravity Lounge. 

Brewmaster Beau Baden, and brewers Lewis & Josh are proud to host this special event with exclusive cask creations!

There will be a minimum of 26 beer selections at this festival, with samplings of:

Special Casks from brewer Lewis Thomas of Bethlehem Brew Works
Special Casks from brewer Josh Bushey of Allentown Brew Works
Yards Brewing
Flying Fish
Oskar Blues – First cask EVER to be tapped on the East Coast!
Weyerbacher Brewing
Victory Brewing
River Horse
Boston Beer Company
Hammersmith Ales - Award-winning brewer, Chris Bowen, will bring historic recipe casks!
and the Fourteen (14) Allentown Brew Works draft beers!

Brewery offerings will surely grow over the next few weeks. Participation invitations have been sent out to several other regional craft breweries and homebrewing associations.

Tiered Ticket Pricing

A limited number of discounted tickets are available at escalating price tiers. For limited time periods, a set number of tickets are available at a savings to you. Once the time period ends OR the tickets are sold out at any tier, the next price tier goes on sale. SIMPLY PUT- the sooner you buy, the better the value!


100 Pre-Sale Tickets are available at $15 EXCLUSIVELY to all Mug Club members starting February 11th

Tier 1 – 100 tickets at initial price of $20 available to the public starting February 18th

Tier 2 – price increases to $25 on February 25th

Tier 3 – price increases to $28 on March 3rd

Tier 4 – price increases to $30 on March 10th

Final Tier – price increases to $35 available starting March 31st
Designated Driver Tickets are also be available at $15 (includes admission, food, entertainment, and N/A beverages)

#2 Jameson and Whiskey beer Dinner

St Patrick’s Day March 17th, 7pm

This St. Patrick’s Day we’re going all out and celebrating in high style with great food paired with the full range of Jameson rare whiskeys. Plus a bit of Brew Works Beer (of course!). This evening is sure to put a smile in yer’ Irish eyes! ($50 per person, plus tax and gratuity)

Hosted by: Master of Jameson Whiskey, George Reppart, and Brewmaster Beau Baden.

Hors d’oeuvres

We’re going to start the evening with a special surprise from Chef Mike Honeywell, and ‘wet-your-whistle’ with some Monkey Wrench Saison.

1st course

Mixed greens topped with goat cheese, smoked almonds, and a whiskey poached pear all finished with a sherry vinaigrette.

Whiskey – Jameson (spicy, nuts, vanilla)

Fegley’s Brew Works Beer – Nutso Nut Brown Ale

2nd course

Olive oil poached salmon on a bed of red lentils, fondue of leeks, and a citrus beurre blanc.

Whiskey - Jameson 12 (tastes of sherry, mild woodiness)

3rd course

Cold-smoked pork tenderloin over a parsnip puree, mushroom ragout, and whiskey BBQ sauce.

Whiskey – Jameson Gold (Creamy, Honey, Pepper)

Dark chocolate tartlet served with a scoop of Irish cream ice cream.

“Not Your Regular Tasting”

Saturday, May 5th, 7:00 pm

n evening sponsored by Patrón

There will be a tequila expert on hand to represent the Patrón Spirits Company, and we’ll be pairing up the flavors with fantastic tapas cuisine. Join us in High Gravity for a little taste of luxury from south of the border.

Hors d’ Oeuvres

Chefs choice, with a welcome Beverage: Pomegranate Margarita made with Patrón Citronge.

First Course

Frisee salad with blood oranges, shaved fennel, almonds, and manchego cheese in a garlic dressing

Tequila pairing: Patrón Silver

2nd Course

Ancho chili and garlic shrimp on white bean ragout.

Tequila pairing: Patrón Repasado

3rd Course

Potato and chorizo sausage in a sweet paprika sauce, over a bed of creamy manchego cheese polenta
